Harmsco Filter Wheel w/Grease Fitting (875)

The Filter Wheel w/Grease Fitting (875) is an original Harmsco filtration-related product identified by manufacturer part number 875. This replacement wheel is used on compatible wheeled Harmsco filter equipment. Portable filter systems are moved between service locations, so their rolling hardware should be kept in dependable condition as part of routine equipment maintenance.

Role in the Filter Assembly

Harmsco’s portable filter literature describes non-marring tires, roller-bearing wheel hubs and grease fittings as practical features for aquatic service routes. The grease fitting on the listed wheel provides an access point for lubrication of the wheel assembly when serviced according to the equipment manufacturer’s guidance.

Harmsco Filtration and Service Considerations

Harmsco has specialized in filtration equipment for decades, with product families spanning swimming pools, commercial water treatment and portable filtration. Maintaining the correct original hardware is an important part of keeping a repair focused on the component that actually needs attention.

Replacement and Maintenance Guidance

Match wheel diameter, hub or bearing configuration and axle dimensions to the original assembly before ordering. Inspect the stand, axle and opposite wheel during repair; this listing is for the named wheel component and should not be taken to include an axle or complete portable filtration cart.

Practical Features and Ordering Considerations

• Mobility support: Helps move compatible portable equipment between service locations.
• Grease access: Fitting provides a service point for wheel lubrication.
• Wheel wear: Inspect for cracks, wobble or deterioration.
• Hub matching: Verify axle bore and bearing arrangement.
• Deck care: Compatible portable-filter wheels are designed with pool-deck use in mind.
• Repair scope: Replace wheel hardware rather than the complete filter cart.
