How to Read the Heater Label
In the label example above, the heater part number appears as 58083***1005140015. The first five numbers before the asterisks are the Balboa heater part number.
In this example, the heater part number is 58083, which is one of Balboa’s more common heaters used in many modern spa systems.
Locate the Heater Label
Look for the label attached to the heater tube or heater assembly inside the spa equipment area.
Find the Heater Part Number
Look for the five-digit number at the beginning of the heater part number string. This is usually the number you need for replacement searches.
