Shipping Policy
Bath & Spa Parts Online works hard to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible while still providing reliable delivery options for bath, spa, hot tub, and pool replacement parts.
Because some items are larger, heavier, or more expensive to ship, domestic shipping rates are based on order weight for shipments within the contiguous 48 United States.

Order Processing
All orders will ship using the shipping method selected at checkout unless prior arrangements are made.
Once your order has been submitted, it may take an additional 1 to 3 business days for your order to ship. If you select an expedited shipping method, we will do our best to get the order out as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee that the order will ship immediately.
For example, an order shipped by UPS Three Day Select may arrive in approximately 5 to 6 business days once order processing time is included. For most orders, we recommend UPS Ground.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 2:00pm EST, excluding major holidays within the United States.
Back Orders
Products that are out of stock at the time of your order will be placed on back order. If an item is expected to be unavailable for more than a few days, we will notify you by email and ask whether you would like to continue waiting.
If an item is on back order through Bath & Spa Parts Online, it is often also on back order with other companies in the industry.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with importing products into their country.
Bath & Spa Parts Online is not responsible for lost, delayed, rejected, or unclaimed international orders. Some products may not be available for shipment to international addresses.

Order Tracking
Normal delivery time for UPS Ground is generally 5 to 9 business days, depending on your location and whether the shipment is within the United States.
You can track your Bath & Spa Parts Online order by logging into your account on our website.
Post Office Boxes
Please have your Bath & Spa Parts Online products shipped to a physical address that UPS can deliver to. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.
You may use a post office box for your billing address, but your shipping address should be a physical delivery address.
Delivery Inspection
It is your responsibility as the receiver to immediately inspect merchandise received from Bath & Spa Parts Online.
If your products arrive damaged, report the damage to the carrier immediately and file any required claim forms directly with the carrier.
Bath & Spa Parts Online will not replace products that are not immediately reported as damaged with the carrier. There are no exceptions.
Special Delivery Items
Some products on the Bath & Spa Parts Online website require special delivery, including larger items such as bathtubs, outdoor heaters, BBQs, and other oversized products.
These items may take additional time to be delivered. Estimated delivery information will be noted on products that are not immediately available for delivery or that require an alternate shipping method.
Billing & Shipping Addresses
You may select a shipping address that is different from your billing address. Your billing address must match your debit or credit card statement when your card is charged.
A post office box may be used for your billing address, but shipments should be sent to a physical address that can receive delivery.
