Return Policy
Before placing an order, please make sure the product you are purchasing from Bath & Spa Parts Online is the correct item for your bath, hot tub, spa, or pool. Many replacement parts are specific to a system, model, voltage, plumbing size, connection type, or manufacturer part number.
Because many bath, spa, and pool parts are electrical, system-specific, or installation-sensitive, certain items cannot be returned once purchased, installed, attempted to be installed, or handled in a way that prevents resale.
Items That Are Not Returnable
- Any item that has been installed or attempted to be installed.
- Any item that has been damaged during installation.
- Circuit boards.
- Pumps and motors.
- Spa packs and spa control systems.
- Electrical items of any kind.
- Tools, including spa installation tools, electrical tools, and related specialty tools.
Return Window & Restocking Fee
14-Day Return Request Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund, less applicable restocking and shipping costs.
20% Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
No Returns After 30 Days
Returns are not accepted after 30 days from receipt of order. No exceptions.
Returned Goods Authorization Required
Request an RGA Number Before Returning Any Item
Please contact us for a Returned Goods Authorization number, also known as an RGA number, before sending any product back to us.
- All approved returns must have the RGA number clearly written on the outside of the return package.
- Packages returned without an RGA number will be refused at the warehouse.
- Please include a copy of your order invoice inside the return package.
- Contact us for the correct return address before shipping your return.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact our customer service team with your order number, the item you would like to return, the reason for the return, and confirmation that the item has not been installed, attempted to be installed, damaged, or otherwise made non-returnable.
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if the item is eligible.
